Is this the right room?

Emitree's assessment of audience fit. Conference access does not establish buying intent or guarantee meetings.

Consider it if

You sell into UK or European renewables, hydrogen, grid, or energy security markets, targeting developers, utilities, EPCs, or investors, and you want the largest concentration of that buyer base under one roof in the UK.

Consider another event if

Your buyers sit outside energy and renewables, in plastics circularity or water utilities for example, or you need an audience beyond the UK and Europe. International exhibitors attend, but the visitor base is UK-centric.

02 / Understand the audience

Who attends

Energy developers, utilities, investors, policymakers, and technology vendors across renewables, hydrogen, and grid infrastructure. The 2025 edition drew more than 13,000 attendees over two days, a record, up from 11,736 in 2024, with over 300 exhibiting organizations and nearly 600 speakers, per organizer RX. Named 2025 exhibitors included ScottishPower, SSEN Transmission, Hitachi Energy UK, Vattenfall, Statkraft, RWE Generation, Innovate UK, and ABB. Keynote sessions have drawn Scotland's Deputy First Minister and the head of the UK government's Clean Power 2030 mission control, so senior policy and utility leadership is in the room. Feature areas include a Scale-Up Zone, an Innovators Hub, a Meet the Buyer program, and the Giant Networking Evening.

How large is the event?

The official site lists its most recent edition at 13,300+ energy professionals, 310+ exhibiting companies, 3,500 companies represented, and 56 countries, without dating that set. All-Energy runs annually, so the May 2026 edition has already taken place and those headline figures may describe 2026 rather than 2025. Per RX, the 2025 edition (May 14-15, 2025) drew more than 13,000 attendees over two days, up from 11,736 in 2024, alongside over 300 exhibiting organizations and nearly 600 speakers across the conference, seven show floor theaters, and the academic poster program.

Tickets and eligibility

No 2027 rate is published yet. Registration has not opened, and the site currently collects expressions of interest only. Recent editions have been free for trade visitors: the official site promotes free access to sessions across its show floor theaters, and its own attendee testimonials cite free entry as a reason to come. Whether the Strategic Summit carries a separate fee in 2027 is not stated. Exhibiting costs are not published as a rate card.

Rates and eligibility can change. Confirm the current price, tax treatment and included sessions with the organizer.

The practical questions

Before you decide

Is All-Energy 2027 still upcoming?

This edition is listed for May 12–13, 2027. Check the organizer's page for changes before booking.

Where can I find the All-Energy exhibitor list?

We have not linked a public exhibitor directory for this edition. Ask the organizer about current directories and attendee access.

Does a company listing confirm who will attend?

A sponsor, exhibitor or speaker listing establishes that published role. It does not establish which employees will attend or whether they are buying. Previous-edition examples remain historical.

How can Emitree help with All-Energy?

We research relevant accounts using public conference sources and any lists you provide. We qualify the accounts against your offer, run agreed outreach and record replies and meetings in your CRM.
