We find out who’s attending, qualify every account against your ICP and run the outreach. Meetings get booked before the event, follow-ups go out after it, and everything lands in your CRM.

After the event: follow-ups to everyone you met and everyone who didn’t reply.
Illustrative agenda. Meetings booked before the event, around the sessions you plan to attend.
The problem
Great rooms. Random results.
A booth, travel, hotels and days away from work put the cost of one solid lead in the thousands. The teams we talk to count three to five solid leads from one event as a win. Every extra meeting brings that cost down.
Before
Meetings get booked late.
Or not at all. Most teams don’t know who’s coming until the week of the event.
During
The team works the room.
The booth, the sessions and the dinners take every hour of the event.
After
Follow-ups slip.
Back at their desks, reps return to their regular pipeline and the warm leads cool.
Across all three, every contact has to reach your CRM. When that slips, leads get lost.
The attendee list is the first obstacle.
Organizers share lists late, leave out names or titles, or keep them inside an app.
A climate week
1,300+ side events, each with its own sign-up page.
A global trade show
Exhibitors and attendees visible only inside the event app.
A regional summit
No attendee list, and the event report sits behind a sign-up form.
An industry forum
A PDF with company and job title. No names.
How it works
Your reps just take the meetings.
We run the outreach before and after the event, and pass each reply to your team.

Find who’s attending.
We map the companies and people going from conference sites, event apps, social media posts, news and event reports. Have a list from the organizer? We start there.

Email · Your offtake panel on Thursday
Hi Clara,
I saw you’re on Thursday’s panel about long-term offtake agreements. Your plan to use carbon removals for residual emissions is why I’m writing.
We’re developing a biochar removal project in Brazil, with first issuance expected in 2027, and we’re open to forward offtake.
Our team is at the summit all three days. Would 20 minutes on Wednesday work, before your panel?

Follow up after it.
We follow up with the people your team met and everyone who didn’t reply, while the event is still fresh. If a qualified company sent its CEO instead of its CSO, we move it into your cold outreach and reach the right buyer.

Hi Clara,

Early results across our portfolio
What our first campaigns delivered.
4–7
extra meetings per rep, per event
That’s on top of the three to five solid leads that count as a win. Every meeting came from outreach before the event.
For every 100 companies contacted, about 8 replied and 4 were interested.
Pre-event campaigns, measured per company contacted.
Built around you
Your event plan shapes the campaign.
We scope every campaign around your events, your team and your targets. Each engagement starts with a pilot.
Before, after or both.
Book meetings ahead of the event, follow up afterwards, or run the full cycle.
Any starting list.
The organizer’s list, your badge scans, or a list we build from scratch.
Booth, stage or badge.
Exhibiting, speaking or just attending. The messages match how you’ll be there.
One rep or the whole team.
We split target accounts across your reps and run outreach for each of them.
Your niche, inside any show.
At a large pharma trade show, we found the people in its sustainability program.
Matched to your CRM.
We keep existing clients and open deals out of the campaign, and log everything the way your team works.
Pick the room
Choose the event. We’ll book the meetings.
Compare audiences, dates and ticket costs in our conference directory. Then tell us which events you plan to attend.
What if the organizer doesn’t share the attendee list?
Most don’t, or share only part of it. We build the list from conference websites, speaker, sponsor and exhibitor pages, event apps, social media posts, news and post-event reports. If you have a list from the organizer, we start there and fill the gaps.
How early should we start?
Outreach starts a couple of weeks before the event, while people still have room in their calendars. We research the audience before that, so get in touch once you know which events you plan to attend.
Can you follow up with people we met at our booth?
Yes. Share your badge scans, business cards or notes, and we follow up with each person. We also follow up with everyone on the list who didn’t reply before the event.
Who takes the meetings?
Your team. We run the research and outreach up to the reply. When someone replies, we pause outreach to that account, pass the reply and the research to your rep, and log it in your CRM.
Which CRM do you sync to?
The one your team already uses, such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. We create and update accounts, contacts and activities with your fields and naming conventions.
What if we don’t have a CRM?
We set one up for you. We stand up HubSpot, configure it around your sales process and sync all your leads, replies and meetings into it.
Does this work outside sustainability events?
Yes. The process works for any conference or trade show. At a large pharma trade show, we found the people in its sustainability program and ran outreach to them.
What’s your pricing?
Every engagement starts with a pilot, scoped and priced around your events, target accounts and goals. The pilot gives you evidence to decide whether to continue. After it, you pay per event. If you also want our ongoing outreach to keep your pipeline full between events, we agree a month-to-month plan.
Your next conference
Bring your event calendar. We’ll find who’s in the room.
Tell us which events you plan to attend and who you want to meet. We’ll scope a first campaign together.
