The problem
Good events. Thin pipeline.
A dinner at a conference costs a venue, a menu and an evening of your team’s time. A webinar costs weeks of prep. Both pay off only when the right buyers come and someone follows up.
Before
Invites go to everyone.
One blast to the whole database. Reps plan to invite key accounts, then get busy with live deals.
On the day
The wrong people come.
Vendors, students and consultants say yes. Many of the buyers who registered don’t show up.
After
Follow-ups slip.
Guests get a generic thank-you a week later. No-shows get a recording link, or nothing.
If RSVPs and replies never reach your CRM, nobody can say which event paid off.
How it works
Seats confirmed. Meetings booked.
We handle the guest list, the invites, the reminders and the follow-ups. Your team hosts the event.
01
Build the guest list.
We start from your ICP and your CRM and pick the guests: new buyers, accounts in open deals and a few clients who can share what worked for them. At a conference, we add the attendees who fit.

02
Give each guest a reason to come.
We find it in our research on them, like a new program or an open deal. Invites go out under your name, by email and LinkedIn. Nobody gets the full agenda and a generic “join us”.

Hi Sara,
Your net-zero plan counts on removals from 2030. On Thursday, two food companies share how they source them from their own farms.
It’s 45 minutes, with time for questions. Can I save you a spot?

Turn invites into confirmed seats.
If someone doesn’t reply, the next message tries a new angle. Confirmed guests get a calendar hold and a reminder, and late cancellations go to the waitlist. Webinar sign-ups get reminders before the start.

Follow up with guests and no-shows.
Guests get a follow-up built on what they asked or discussed at the event. No-shows get a recap of the topic they signed up for and a reason to talk anyway.

In June, the company launched a regenerative agriculture program with farmers in its supply chain.
Head of Sustainability
Owns the net-zero plan. We also map the procurement lead who signs removal contracts.

SubjectDinner before the summit, Tuesday
Hi Daniel,
We’re hosting 16 sustainability and procurement leads for dinner the night before the summit. The table will discuss one question: how food companies can source carbon removals from their own supply chains.
Your new regenerative agriculture program is why you came to mind. Biochar made from crop residues is one of the routes we’ll cover.
Would you join us on Tuesday at 7pm? The restaurant is a short walk from the venue.
Before the event, the invite leads with the program that made them a fit.
Fictional names, company and project. We tailor the research and messages to your offer and your event.
Any format
In the room or on screen.
A dinner has a few scarce seats. A webinar sign-up takes one click. We run each one differently.
In person
A short guest list and confirmed seats. When the table is full, a waitlist covers late cancellations.
We invite guests to your table and book meetings with the other attendees, from the same research. See conference outreach.
Your list or ours.
We invite from your CRM, from a list we build, or both. Open deals and clients get their own invite.
Matched to your CRM.
We log to your fields and stages, and accounts you exclude never get an invite.
FAQ
Before we talk.
Which events do you fill?
Events you host or co-host: private dinners and breakfasts at conferences, roundtables, side events, site visits, webinars and virtual roundtables. For conferences someone else runs, our conference outreach books meetings with the attendees.
Who gets an invite?
People who match your ICP: new buyers you want to meet, accounts in open deals and happy clients. We agree the guest list with you before any invite goes out.
How early should we start?
About a month before the event, so guests can still hold the date. We build the guest list before that, so get in touch once you have a date and a topic.
Do you run the event itself?
No. Your team keeps the venue, the agenda and the hosting. We handle the guest list, invites, reminders, follow-ups and the CRM, and send people to the registration page you already use.
What happens with no-shows?
They get their own follow-up. We send a short recap of the topic they signed up for, written for their role, and ask for a call. For a webinar, we attach the recording too.
Who takes the meetings?
Your team. We run the outreach up to the reply. When someone replies, we pause outreach to that account, pass the reply and the research to your rep, and log it in your CRM.
What if we don’t have a CRM?
We set one up for you. We stand up HubSpot, configure it around your sales process and sync all your guests, replies and meetings into it.
What’s your pricing?
Every engagement starts with a pilot, scoped and priced around your event and your guest list. After it, you pay per event. If you also want our ongoing outreach to keep your pipeline full between events, we agree a month-to-month plan.
Your next event
Tell us what you’re hosting. We’ll fill the room.
Share the event, the date and who you want there. We’ll scope the first campaign around it.
