Your water offer. The right basin. Relevant buyers.
We research corporate and site teams for your replenishment projects, stewardship services or reuse systems, then run email and LinkedIn outreach through prospect replies.
A water program becomes relevant to your offer at the basin, the site and the decision it needs to support.
A replenishment project needs a match with the buyer’s basin priorities. A stewardship advisor needs to understand the work being planned. A reuse system needs a technical fit at the plant. Each calls for different research, different contacts and a different opening message.
Connect your project’s location and intervention to a corporate replenishment program. Published basin priorities, funding partnerships and project calls help identify relevant accounts.

SubjectAnother Maipo farm group
Hi Jane,
I was revisiting your update on our 800-hectare Maipo partnership. Is the team considering another local farm group?
We’ve also deployed precision irrigation across 450 hectares in the basin with another technology company. We support farmers with irrigation guidance and training, and validate the resulting water benefits.
Would the deployment note be useful as you consider where to extend the program?
Account expansion: a published supplier relationship. The project review does not establish open intake or additional demand.
Anonymized buyer research and separate supplier references. Messages illustrate the seller’s voice.
Basin data helps prioritize research. Aqueduct can screen exposure; the coordinates, water source and local operating conditions still need checking. It is not a site audit or a company disclosure.
Basin, timing and attribution matter when describing replenishment. We distinguish projected benefits from measured results, and volumetric benefits from water-quality outcomes.
The AWS Standard (Alliance for Water Stewardship) connects site action with catchment priorities. We research the site’s stated progress and certificate status to make the outreach accurate.
We run campaigns in your voice. When a prospect replies, we pause the sequence and hand the conversation to your team, with its research and history in your CRM.
01
Cold outreach
Reach suitable accounts beyond your existing network, with a specific reason to talk and a clear question for the right person.
02
Event campaigns
Build outreach around gatherings such as the AWS Global Water Stewardship Forum. Research relevant corporate participants, coordinate before the event and follow up using your team’s notes. Refer to attendance only when supported.
03
CRM reactivation
Revisit earlier project discussions or proposals when a basin priority, site plan or program scope changes. Use the original conversation to explain why you’re getting back in touch.
We scope the pilot with you around your offer, priorities, target accounts and budget. Together, we agree the research criteria and sources, messaging tone and language, and how to measure results.
01
Define the pilot.
Choose the water offer, basins or service territory, account criteria and buyer roles. Agree success measures, including relevant replies and sales opportunities.
02
Launch, measure and refine.
We research accounts and run email and LinkedIn outreach. We review the results and your team’s feedback to improve targeting and messages.
03
Plan the next campaigns.
Use the pilot evidence to shape future campaigns and a month-to-month plan, with ongoing white-glove support and ROI reviews.

A few useful answers
Before we talk.
Are you a broker or intermediary?
No. You own every buyer relationship. We work as an extension of your team, using research, outreach strategies and the right tools to help you sell your products and services. We focus on results and keep costs in check.
Which water businesses is this for?
Replenishment project developers and program operators, specialist stewardship advisors, corporate water-risk software teams, and commercial industrial efficiency, reuse and treatment providers selling to corporate end users. Municipal utility procurement, residential products and precommercial research need a different approach. Corporate basin programs for data-center operators fit here; cooling hardware and facility-system sales belong on our data-center infrastructure page.
How do you qualify an account?
We match your offer and delivery territory with published basin priorities, facility locations, water programs and relevant business activity. Your CRM history and specialist knowledge add context about previous work and existing relationships. The research criteria and depth adapt to the offer: a basin partnership requires different evidence from a plant reuse system.
Does a water target mean a company is ready to buy?
A target or published program gives us a reason to investigate. We look for a relevant site or basin, the team responsible and a useful connection to your offer. A commitment alone does not establish budget, an open procurement or a need to replace an existing provider.
Who do you contact: the corporate team or the site?
For replenishment partnerships, we research corporate water-program and partnership roles. Stewardship services can involve corporate sustainability and regional or site teams. Industrial reuse often involves plant engineering, operations and procurement. We distinguish program responsibility, technical influence and commercial authority, and adapt the contact strategy to your offer.
Can you use our CRM and private research?
Yes. Previous proposals, project assessments, account notes and relationship history make qualification and messages more specific. Optional technical information your team already holds can help us narrow a reuse campaign. We also use specialist sources your business can access under the relevant terms; we do not assume access to a prospect’s internal plant data.
What gets synced to our CRM?
All research, messages, replies and communication history sync to your CRM. We create or update records using your fields, naming conventions and data standards, so account owners can pick up a conversation with its context intact.
How do you protect existing relationships?
We agree account exclusions with you and use CRM ownership and opportunity history to protect existing clients and active deals. An expansion campaign to an existing account is a separate, deliberate choice, shaped by your relationship and earlier work.
Can you reactivate older water opportunities?
Yes. We use earlier proposals, site assessments and conversation history to revisit relevant accounts when their circumstances change. A new basin priority, facility expansion or revised project scope can support a specific reason to reconnect.
Do you assess technical suitability or certify water benefits?
We research commercial relevance and source-backed context. Your specialists handle plant design, feedwater and reuse specifications, project feasibility and benefit verification. Research can identify a promising account without claiming that a particular system or replenishment project has passed technical assessment.
How do you handle water claims and AWS certification?
We retain each claim’s source, period and scope. Withdrawal, consumption and replenishment stay distinct, as do projected and measured benefits. Volumetric benefits and water-quality outcomes need their own evidence.
For the Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) Standard, we distinguish adoption from certification and check the site, certificate status and applicable version. A new standard version does not mean every site certificate has migrated.
What happens when a prospect replies?
We pause the outreach sequence and hand the reply to your team with the research and communication history in your CRM. Your team takes over meetings, commercial conversations and technical assessment.
How do you measure the pilot, and what does it cost?
We scope and price the pilot with you around your offer, priorities, target accounts, budget, research depth, sources and messaging. We agree success measures such as account fit, contact accuracy, relevant replies and sales opportunities before launch.
We review performance and your team’s feedback to decide what comes next. The results shape future campaigns and a month-to-month plan with ongoing white-glove support and ROI reviews.
How do you keep the messages specific to our offer?
We learn what you sell, who it helps and which customer references we can use. Every message connects those details to the buyer’s situation, in your voice. You review the approach with us before the campaign starts.
