The 'IETA Global Carbon Market Dialogue, Dec 4, 2026' cited in some sources is a stale-year error for the Dec 4, 2025 edition; no 2026 Dialogue has been announced, though if IETA follows the 2025 pattern it would land on the workshop's final day.
