01 / Make the call

Is this the right room?

Emitree's assessment of audience fit. Conference access does not establish buying intent or guarantee meetings.

Consider it if

You sell reporting or assurance software or CSRD/ESRS consulting into DACH mid- or large-caps. Day 2 only, at 620 euros, is the play; sponsor if you want the delegate list.

Consider another event if

You sell carbon credits, since there is no VCM or CDR content at all and post-CSRD compliance framing actively disfavors it, you don't speak German and were eyeing the 3-day pass, or you need volume.

02 / Understand the audience

Who attends

The draw is the award ecosystem. The ESG Transparency Award recognized 50+ European companies in 2025, which pulls pre-qualified heads of sustainability and ESG reporting into the room. Speakers include UBA president Dirk Messner and Michael Braungart; 2025 had Robert Habeck and Deutsche Telekom. Sponsors SAP, Arvato, DNV, and TUV Rheinland are simultaneously validation and competition. Day 1 skews solar-supplier-to-supplier.

How large is the event?

500+ across all three days (2025 organizer actual); any single day is smaller. The room is small, dense, and DACH-centric.

Tickets and eligibility

Day 2 ESG Summit 880 euros / 620 euros early bird; Day 1 or Day 3 480/320 euros; 2-day 1,156/799 euros; 3-day 1,564/1,071 euros, all including 19% VAT. No early-bird cutoff is published anywhere; the 29-33% discount argues for buying rather than waiting.

Rates and eligibility can change. Confirm the current price, tax treatment and included sessions with the organizer.

Before you book

Venue is the Steigenberger Grandhotel Petersberg in Königswinter, near Bonn. Three distinct forums: Day 1 Environmental Forum (energy, English), Day 2 ESG Summit (the anchor, English, running into an evening gala), Day 3 Social Forum (half day, German only). Delegate list access is a sponsor benefit, not a ticket benefit.

The practical questions

Before you decide

Is 4th European Sustainability Week (EUPD Group) still upcoming?

This edition is listed for November 23–25, 2026. Check the organizer's page for changes before booking.

Where can I find the European Sustainability Week exhibitor list?

We have not linked a public exhibitor directory for this edition. Ask the organizer about current directories and attendee access.

Does a company listing confirm who will attend?

A sponsor, exhibitor or speaker listing establishes that published role. It does not establish which employees will attend or whether they are buying. Previous-edition examples remain historical.

How can Emitree help with European Sustainability Week?

We research relevant accounts using public conference sources and any lists you provide. We qualify the accounts against your offer, run agreed outreach and record replies and meetings in your CRM.
