Is this the right room?
Emitree's assessment of audience fit. Conference access does not establish buying intent or guarantee meetings.
Consider it if
You want brand visibility and senior relationship building during the densest week of the climate calendar, and you will host or attend Events Program sessions instead of working one trade floor.
Consider another event if
You need a self-serve ticket to one trade show with an exhibit hall. Climate Week NYC is a platform of separately hosted events.
02 / Understand the audience
Who attends
2026 organizer figures: 1,500+ events and 120,000+ participants. The Events Program is open to any host or attendee, so the audience varies by session and is not centrally profiled. No 2027 audience figure is published.
How large is the event?
Latest edition (2026, organizer-reported actuals): 1,500+ events and 120,000+ participants. 2027 targets are not published.

Climate Week NYC 2026September 20–27, 2026 · New York, USA
Past edition
Climate Week NYC is a nonprofit-run platform of 1,000+ independently hosted events across New York City each September, timed to the UN General Assembly. Climate Group itself runs only two of them, the Opening Ceremony and The Hub Live (Sept 21-22). For 2026 the organizer says Hub Live access moves to ticketed registration for the first time, gated behind an application. The site FAQ still describes both elements as invite only with free online streaming.
Who attended / audience research
2026 organizer figures: 1,500+ events and 120,000+ participants across New York City. The citywide Events Program is open to whoever hosts or attends a session, so its audience varies by session and is not centrally profiled. The 2025 Hub Live drew 2.5k+ attendees from 85 countries, 83% in senior roles (organizer-reported).
Audience fit
Consider it if: You want brand visibility and senior-level relationship building during the densest week in the climate calendar, and you are willing to host or attend Events Program sessions instead of working a single conference floor.
Consider another event if: You need a self-serve ticket to a single trade show with an exhibit hall. Climate Week NYC is a decentralized platform of separately hosted events, and its flagship Hub Live stage sells no open ticket. Entry depends on an approved application or Climate Group membership.
Event size
2026 (organizer-reported actuals): 1,500+ events and 120,000+ participants. No separate 2026 Hub Live breakdown is published.
Tickets and access
No ticket price is published for The Hub Live or the Opening Ceremony. Access runs through a Cvent application that Climate Group approves within one to two weeks, capped at two people per organization, or through Climate Group membership, which skips the application. The attend page says 2026 is the first year Hub Live access is ticketed but names no figure, and the FAQ still describes both elements as invite only with free online streaming, so treat the cost as on request. Most of the 1,000+ independently hosted Events Program sessions are free, though individual hosts may charge their own entry fee. Hosting your own official event costs $1,200 per event for for-profit companies and $300 for nonprofits, schools, community groups, and government bodies, billed only after your event is approved. Event registration for 2026 closes Monday, August 31, 2026, and later submissions are considered case by case at the same pricing.
Edition notes
The Hub Live and Opening Ceremony sit behind an application, capped at two attendees per organization, and 2026 is the first year Climate Group has charged for Hub Live access. Most sellers will engage through the wider Events Program, either by paying to host an official event or by attending sessions other organizations run across the city.

The practical questions
Before you decide
Is Climate Week NYC 2027 still upcoming?
This edition is listed for September 19–26, 2027. Check the organizer's page for changes before booking.
Where can I find the Climate Week NYC exhibitor list?
We have not linked a public exhibitor directory for this edition. Ask the organizer about current directories and attendee access.
Does a company listing confirm who will attend?
A sponsor, exhibitor or speaker listing establishes that published role. It does not establish which employees will attend or whether they are buying. Previous-edition examples remain historical.
