Tickets and eligibility
One registration covers all three co-located conferences and is tiered by booking date. The current rate is the 1,020 USD early bird, available through 30 September 2026; the 900 USD earliest-bird tier closed on 30 June 2026. Standard registration is 1,095 USD from 1 October 2026 through 28 February 2027, and walk-up registration is 1,450 USD on 1-3 March 2027 if the event has not sold out. Registration covers all sessions, exhibit hall entry, hosted receptions and meal functions, the conference app, and the attendee list. No exhibit-hall-only or one-day passes are offered, and registration excludes lodging and airfare. VAT or sales tax status is not stated, which is normal for a US domestic conference.

Book before 30 September 2026 to hold the 1,020 USD early-bird rate; it rises to 1,095 USD on 1 October. No exhibit-hall-only or single-day passes are sold, so the full 3-day, 3-conference registration is the only way in. The registration page still labels the expired 900 USD tier as running "now through June 30," so read the tier dates rather than the label.
