01 / Make the call

Is this the right room?

Emitree's assessment of audience fit. Conference access does not establish buying intent or guarantee meetings.

Consider it if

You sell waste collection, recycling or resource-recovery equipment, EPR and circular-economy consulting, or municipal and commercial waste-management software to UK local authorities, waste operators, manufacturers or facilities managers.

Consider another event if

You sell carbon credits, renewable energy, or general ESG reporting software with no tie to physical waste and recycling operations. This floor is skip-hire operators, waste haulers and equipment suppliers, not generalist sustainability buyers.

02 / Understand the audience

Who attends

In 2025, RWM drew 13,379 attendees, described by the organizer as waste management directors, sustainability leads and procurement decision-makers from local authorities, waste and resource management firms, manufacturing, facilities management and retail. The wider co-located ESS Expo group cites 16,000+ active buyers across all seven shows. No RWM-only seniority breakdown or named-account list is published.

How large is the event?

RWM reported 13,379 attendees in 2025 (organizer-reported actual). It runs alongside six other co-located ESS Expo shows (CARS/MRE, EFD, CLR, GEO, WWEM, AQE) on the same NEC Birmingham show floor, so site-wide footfall is higher than the RWM-specific figure.

The practical questions

Before you decide

Is Resource & Waste Management Expo (RWM) 2026 still upcoming?

This edition ended on September 17, 2026. We have no later confirmed edition in this guide. Use the information as historical context.

Where can I find the Resource & Waste Management Expo (RWM) exhibitor list?

We have not linked a public exhibitor directory for this edition. Ask the organizer about current directories and attendee access.

Does a company listing confirm who will attend?

A sponsor, exhibitor or speaker listing establishes that published role. It does not establish which employees will attend or whether they are buying. Previous-edition examples remain historical.
