World Sustainable Energy Days 2027

World Sustainable Energy Days is an annual multi-conference at Stadthalle Wels in Austria, organized by the Upper Austria Energy Agency (OO Energiesparverband). It bundles seven co-located conferences on energy efficiency, industrial decarbonization, e-mobility, pellets, and policy alongside a tradeshow. It draws European industrial energy buyers and policymakers into one venue across four days rather than a single-topic show.

01 / Make the call

Is this the right room?

Emitree's assessment of audience fit. Conference access does not establish buying intent or guarantee meetings.

Consider it if

You sell energy efficiency, industrial decarbonization, e-mobility fleet electrification, or biomass and pellet technology into European industrial and municipal buyers. The Industrial Energy Transition Conference (4 March) runs concurrently with the European Energy Efficiency Conference (3-5 March), but needs its own 130-euro pass.

Consider another event if

Your offer is voluntary carbon credits, corporate PPAs or RECs, or ESG software. The published program does not surface carbon markets or renewable power procurement as a track.

02 / Understand the audience

Who attends

The organizer describes the audience as business actors in the energy transition (energy companies, technology vendors, equipment suppliers, service providers, project developers, financing professionals), researchers and academics, and public-sector representatives from EU institutions and national, regional, and local governments. The organizer states over 650 participants from more than 60 countries attend annually, though this is a general recurring claim rather than a figure tied to a specific past edition.

How large is the event?

The organizer states over 650 participants from more than 60 countries as a standing annual figure rather than a count tied to any one edition. The reviews page links per-edition conference review PDFs for 2024, 2025, and 2026 for anyone who wants a specific year's numbers.

04 / Plan the details

Before you book

Seven sub-conferences run in overlapping one-day and multi-day windows between 2 and 5 March at Stadthalle Wels, and a single-conference pass does not grant access to the others, so check the per-conference schedule before booking travel. The tradeshow runs 3 to 7 March, extending past the end of the conference program.

The practical questions

Before you decide

Is World Sustainable Energy Days 2027 still upcoming?

This edition is listed for March 2–5, 2027. Check the organizer's page for changes before booking.

Where can I find the World Sustainable Energy Days exhibitor list?

We have not linked a public exhibitor directory for this edition. Ask the organizer about current directories and attendee access.

Does a company listing confirm who will attend?

A sponsor, exhibitor or speaker listing establishes that published role. It does not establish which employees will attend or whether they are buying. Previous-edition examples remain historical.

How can Emitree help with World Sustainable Energy Days?

We research relevant accounts using public conference sources and any lists you provide. We qualify the accounts against your offer, run agreed outreach and record replies and meetings in your CRM.
