Early bird pricing runs through January 7, 2027: AESP member $1,500, non-member $1,750, government $900. Regular pricing (January 8 to 28): member $1,695, non-member $1,950, government $950. Late pricing (January 29 to February 11): member $1,795, non-member $2,050, government $1,000. All prices are in USD; VAT or tax status is not stated. Registration includes meals, breaks, Wi-Fi, and networking events but excludes hotel, transport, and airfare. Cancellations received on or before January 7, 2027 are refunded minus a $200 processing fee; cancellations after that date and no-shows receive no refund. Partial refunds and member-point re-bookings can carry an additional $50 fee.
