Tickets and eligibility
Advance attendee badge registration is free through January 23, 2027. After that date online registrations cost $30, and any attendee badge taken out onsite also costs $30; onsite exhibitor badges cost $10. All prices are in USD; VAT or tax status is not stated. The AHR Education Program, covering industry seminars, panel discussions, rapid-fire new product presentations, for-credit courses, and live podcasts, is free with a show badge. ASHRAE Learning Institute sessions and the concurrent ASHRAE Winter Conference are not included and require separate paid registration.

Before you book
Register by January 23, 2027 to get in free; badges bought later or picked up onsite cost $30. Show hours are 10am to 6pm on January 25 and 26 and 10am to 4pm on January 27. The co-located ASHRAE Winter Conference is a separate paid event, so budget for it if the technical program matters.
